The Larkhill development is the largest of 3 sites that make up the Lovell Salisbury Plain scheme. The development of 450 homes is for military personnel returning home from Germany, as part of the Ministry of Defence’s re-basing programme.
It had a demanding pace with an initial requirement of 8 units per week that increased to 16 units per week, which is essentially unprecedented in UK low rise housing.
